How it works
- 01
Press play, or pick a preset: brainwave beats, reference and solfeggio tones, mantra drones and noise beds are grouped and searchable. A running sound swaps to the new preset without a gap.

Open Custom to build your own: choose a voice, set the frequency by typing, sliding or tapping a chip, then the waveform, beat rate, noise colour, sweep range or bell rate.

Add a noise bed under any voice, test left and right channels, pan the sound, or switch the tone to a half second beep.

Arm the sleep timer for 5 to 60 minutes or any number you type. The sound fades over the last twenty seconds and ends with a single bell. Save a setup with a name to find it under Saved next time.
Questions
Why do binaural beats need headphones?
A binaural beat is two slightly different tones, one in each ear, that the brain combines into a slow pulse. On a speaker the tones mix in the air and the pulse never forms. The generator plays them hard-panned and refuses to build the beat on a mono output; isochronic pulses work on speakers instead.
Do the brainwave or solfeggio presets do anything medical?
No claim is made. The blurbs state a tradition as a tradition. Binaural and isochronic beats are not recommended for people with epilepsy or photosensitivity, especially with flashing visuals, and none of this is medical advice.
What happens when I leave the page?
The sound stops. There is no background player on this site, so closing or navigating away ends the session; the timer and any saved presets are kept in this browser only.
Can I use it to test speakers and headphones?
Yes. The channel test plays left, right, both or alternating sides, the sweep runs any range from 1 Hz to 20 kHz on a log or linear curve, and the wave picker gives you square and sawtooth for harmonic content. Start quiet: high pitches and square waves are harsh on ears and small speakers.
