Engineering postings straight from the boards companies actually post on.
Most engineering roles are posted to a company's own ATS board days before they reach a job site. This search reads those boards directly, ranks each posting against your résumé, and lets you filter out the noise that makes a tech job search exhausting.
What it does
- Where engineering roles are posted firstGreenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee, read as the boards they are, so a posting shows up when it is published rather than when it is syndicated.
- Filter the noise outExclusion terms remove the clearance-only, staffing-agency and senior-only postings that swamp a search, and the filters persist between sessions.
- Fit scored on your stackThe relevance score reads your skills and experience, so a Kafka role ranks above a keyword match on a stray adjective.
- Experience level that means itPostings are matched against the years you actually have, so a search does not fill with roles asking for twice them.
- Export the shortlistCSV of everything that matched the filters, or a single self-contained HTML page grouped by fit, which opens from disk with search and applied ticks.
How to use it
- Search for the role, for example backend engineer or data scientist.
- Add exclusion terms for the postings you never want to see again.
- Pick the résumé to rank against and set your years of experience.
- Sort by fit rather than date once there are enough results to choose from.
- Save the shortlist to the tracker, or export it as CSV or a single HTML page.
Questions
- Which companies are covered?
- Any company whose careers page runs on one of the supported ATS platforms, which is most of the technology industry, plus any board you add by URL yourself.
- Is it only remote roles?
- No. Remote feeds are one source; company boards carry on-site and hybrid postings with their real locations.
- How fresh are the postings?
- They are read from the boards on each search, so they are as fresh as the company's own careers page. The default window is the past month.
